Support

Email support@noventraconsulting.com. Because the app keeps nothing on a server, we cannot look up your figures; describe what you entered and what you expected, or send a screenshot with anything personal covered.

A number looks wrong

Tell us which screen and which line. Every figure is built from a named document; if the document says otherwise we will fix it, and if the document is silent we will mark the figure in the app and say what it assumed.

My figures disappeared

They live only in your phone's storage for the app. Clearing website or app data, or deleting the app, removes them. There is nothing on our side to restore.

Where to find your numbers

Appointment date, service to date and contribution rate: your annual pension statement. Rank and step: the recurring regular gross on your pay statement matches the biweekly figure on the salary sheet. Banks: the Leave Balances box at the bottom of every pay statement. Earnings by year, best source first: (1) the Year-to-Date Earnings on your year-end annual pension statement, which is the Fund's own figure for the year; (2) a pay inquiry from your timekeeper or payroll, which shows pay by the date it was earned; (3) the year-to-date gross on your last pay statement of the year. A W-2 is a check only: Medicare and Social Security wages are not the figure the Fund uses, so do not enter those. If a year includes a retroactive contract payment, pick the contract in the app and it places the payment in the months it covered.

If you have a statement from the Fund, annual or on demand, enter its service to date and, for Tier 3, its three-year average. The app starts from the Fund's figures and shows you where its own reading differs.
